These terms govern your use of the Deckroz Portal app and web portal (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to use the project details you enter.
The Service lets you book projects, view quotes and invoices, track progress, and capture site scans and project notes. You agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.
Bookings made through the Service are requests to the relevant deck-building business and may be subject to confirmation. Invoices are issued by that business. Payments are made by Stripe payment link or by bank transfer as indicated on your invoice. The Service does not charge in-app purchase fees.
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, scans, and notes you upload. You grant us the limited right to store and process them to provide the Service.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change over time.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings, then Delete account) or by contacting us.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
